Thanks for the link Jack. I registered for tickets as I'll be over for the tour de france next year so may as well watch some games.

Yeah the tour starts in Mont Saint-Michel 2016. Would have been great if they finished the stage at the Island and had it timed that riders that were cut off by the tide were eliminated.

I've just applied for all quarters, semis and the Final.
Plus all group/R2 games that are played on a weekend.
Hopefully will end up with 3 or 4 games from that lot.
Did the same for Euro 2012 and ended up with tickets for the Spain vs Portugal semi final.

Did it a few week ago - load of singles, about 1700 euro worth of tickets if it all comes off!
Be high demand though.

Depends what you like doing, watched Belgium Russia in the Maracana and loved it personally, great week in Brazil last year - never got in to an England match.
I love it when a big comp is on, fancied going Copa America this Summer but left it. Might go to semis or final of this under 21s's Euros yet if England do well, hopefully fellow English people don't want them to fail in the way they do the full squad.

Do English people really want England to fail? A hell of a lot seem to want them to: "England will be out by the group stage", bet you'd be gutted if they got through!

I'm the same - just like watching football.
Sometimes watching England actually takes the fun out of it, since we're so tedious to watch nowadays.
Plus you get to experience some amazing stuff - Boca Juniors and Besiktas home ends being hard to top for me.

What on earth are you on about, reality? I'm as passionate about England as the next man, doesn't make the players or the manager any better tho does it?
I'll be chuffed to bits if they win the Euro's, however I still think they'll be lucky to get out of the groups. They have failed to do this in many a tournaments in my lifetime.

You do know 16 nations go through from the Group stages (24 qualify)? Surprised anyone thinks they will be lucky to get out of the Groups but fair play if that is an informed opinion, personally having watched most other nations so far in qualifying I think we are far better than many, we aren't great but we are far better than many.

Come on reality England are the biggest bottlers going. Second rate footballing nation in International terms and have been for quite some time.

There is a difference between wanting them to fail & expecting them to fail (I still don't get your logic).
We've gone into other tournaments in the recent past with miles better squads than what we currently have and failed to get out of the group stage.

Different this one though ain't it with so many qualifying from the Groups, like I say I have watched a lot of the other nations (my job allows me to do so however sad that may be!) and we are far better than many in my opinion, surprised others feel so strongly about the other nations who we may come up against. Could easily meet Ireland or Scotland and I would expect us to beat them easily in a competitive fixture. There is a difference yes, just it comes across as many people wanting them to fail - talk to folk about the opposition and they often have never watched them or even read up on them.

As a non England fan, I feel that they just don't play at a high enough tempo to seriously challenge for a title. It must hell boring being a player under Hodgson and you need great team spirit to win these things.
You have the players all right but not the belief. SAF or mourinho leading you and I would be worried about you winning it.

Ah spot on, thanks for clearing up reality, gone for all the games in Paris and hoping to get lucky on a couple and stay there for a couple of weeks. Should be a good atmosphere in the city whether I get any tickets or not!
