In the above context I think that was more about reacting to being 'sledged' throughout the match.
He has been vulnerable to sledging and the normal 'rough and tumble', getting sent off for reacting to it. That is very poor indeed.
I do not know what his wages are but there were people on FootyMad who suggested that he is on three times the average squad wage. Nowadays his contribution would not merit that. We could get two very competent League One players for that amount who would be professional enough to not take any notice of 'sledging'.
He had a fabulous first season with us and then we know of his injuries and personal tragedy. The making of allowance for such things surely should have ended at the end of last season. We need him on the pitch and on his feet. Referees now obviously think that he is trying to con them.
I want him to be the player that he has the talent to be. In May he will be 31 so now it is about him preserving his League One status rather than thinking that he will ever go any higher.

They will be writing a full page response right now. With a lot of "lol's" and end it with "wtf"

i hope Kav's not as accomodating to his antics as what Abbott seemed to be. i would have let him walk at the end of last season.

Definitely on the fence with that subject, he seems to go with the flow of the team.
