Would it be the case that Noble's good game today resulted from his need to secure a place in the starting X1 at Sunderland? If he plays I can see it going one of two ways - a stormer or a red card from frustration.

We were saying the same thing today during the game. Every Blues player should be fired up for an FA Cup game against Sunderland, but moreso the likes of Noble - I could quite easily see him getting sent off though.

he'll be fired up alright, who wouldn't but hopefully we'll get some half decent officials who won't cause grief like todays clown did.
