Guam are currently making the headlines in Asian Qualifying I see.
I know they like to base it on points but Romania in the top pot instead Italy&France?

Think with that Guam match was they were only like 5to2 to win anyway, wasn't a massive shock or anything to the degree they are on about in the press.
Maybe what UEFA are doing is right, don't know the ins and outs but are France being penalised for not having qualifying matches for EURO 2016?

Don't think France are being penalised for not playing competitive matches.
It's based purely on the opposition you face... France were recently beaten by Albania 1-0 (I think), and have lost 3 of their last 5 fixtures. You get so many points depending on the result and ranking of opposition. A defeat to Brazil for example wouldn't be too damaging but defeat to Georgia will be coupled with recent results.
Fairly certain this was how Switzerland obtained a top 10 ranking. Although they were getting poor results they played friendlies against the top nations at the time Argentina, Brazil etc etc whereas other nations played poorer ranked nations resulting in better sides being outside the top 10.

Quite possibly but when you back it up being beaten by Albania you can see why they're being placed into pot 2.

Aye, seems a bit random, which isn't a bad thing really. Good luck to Wales but that's a bit odd. This 24 teams in Euro 2016 is great for all the home nations except England. Job done for England, but after they beat Switzerland away (who were ranked highly I think), they as good as qualified and they then effectively have no meaningful game for virtually 2 years. They could have lost to Slovenia and still qualified comfortably. World Cup qualifying a bit tougher, as said and that's when it gets a bit more interesting.

He should at least know his starting eleven well in advance anyway.
Very important that draw like, lot of people won't realise it till the week before or indeed if they get a hard one.
