Bidding put back today for it but looks a stick on USA will get it.
Just won in Germany and beat Holland away on Friday as well, friendlies granted but moving forward big time.

Said for ages that they'll get one before us, despite having it in 1994. To be fair, I reckon football would seriously take off over there if they held a World Cup soon.

Would prefer it to go to Australia as they've not had one before but I guess they can't have it due to being in the Asian Confederation. Just give them 2022 instead!

They deserve it for helping to rid FIFA of Blatter and his cronies. Football is already taking off in the states.... the MLS is getting some excellent crowd figures and I'm really surprised how authentic the atmosphere is at some of the grounds... the atmosphere at Seattle games looks amazing. The standard of the league is improving a lot and it wouldnt surprise me if their domestic teams are able to compete with european teams for the best players in the next decade. It's good to see that they are finally catching on.

Canada were on about going for it, as well as USA. A successful Women's WC, currently in Canada, will help their bid you'd have thought?

Can't see past the Yanks. Colombia or Mexico I think are also in, Mexico seem to be building a few new Stadiums - think Cruz Azul have moved in a new one, the old one is somewhere I really wanted to go.
