Ehmer at the moment. Solid what ever position he`s in.
Wouldnt mind a permanent signing and chuck in the captains armband too.

If my memory serves me correctly, we have now signed 2 from Man City in the last 2 years, so surely we must have a slight chance if he feels he has no chance of a first team position.

But City are a much bigger team and I think Ehmer could be closer to the first-team at the hoops. Although if he wasnt playing first team there we could have a possibility of signing him.

I'll say O'Hanlon. It's no coincedence that we leak alot more goals when he's out of the team.

Still think Lee Miller is our best player, dont see why he comes in for so much stick

Miller is the type of player that stands out when the team are playing well. Conversely, when we have one of them regular "cannot find each other with a pass" days, he does get a lot of stick for being largely anonymous, or not being good enough to deal with the countless high balls up to him while 3 defenders bully him for 90 mins.

Lee Miller, Matty Robson and James Berrett have often been the blame players for the last few seasons even when they have done little wrong. Its comical how Miller misses and penalty (and the open goal) and we all of a sudden need a new penalty taker as I can remember him missing another, our best players at this moment in time is Max Ehmer at the moment. The midfield looks better without noble at the moment(excluding Walsall) as they use their head.

it's got to be Voldermort O'Hanlon.

agree, bigblue. CMW and Voldermort make a good pairing. once he learns league 1 he'll be top drawer.

Still I think Ehmer will be a big miss

I think when Miller is on it he makes us tick. His form hasn't been the best but the miss aside, he's looked more like his old self in recent weeks.

Have got to agree about Miller when he is on his game the whole team tends to and play round him. Just wish he would find a bit of consistancy.

Thirlwell has been outstanding this season, a very consistent performer screening the back-four very well.

O'Hanlon is our most important player currently, closely followed by Miller. I echoed the post above though.... Thirlwell has been excellent in recent weeks
