Got to be an improvement on the abomination they have at the moment. Although Glanford Park is less than 30 years old it looked dated by the mid 90s. I hope they get the dimensions right this time, apparently when their current ground was built the firm that built it was given the intended pitch dimensions and thought that was the measurements for the gaps between stands, so they ended up with barely enough room to fit in a regulation size pitch!

Looks OK. Couldn't really decide if I'd be happy with it for us with there only being three illustrations, but looks a lot better than most modern grounds.
With Rotherham's new ground and the design for Brentfords, looks like people are starting to see sense and move away from those lego stadiums that look like a conservatory company built; Colchester for instance.

We'll probably end up buying their old ground and plonking it somewhere up Kingmoor ! (Hope the BOD don't read this they may think it's a viable option!)

looks ok to me. even though the corners aren't seating, at least they're filled in. maybe options to develop seating there.

I think these new look stadia with all the fancy curves like that and Brighton are just as much an abomination as the four shed design was/is.
I saw some plans and drawings for a new stadium planned in Belgium if CUFC go for the Viaduct site they could do worse than copy them as their site is hemmed in on both sides too. But theyve come up with some great solutions and it includes a hotel, a bowling alley and conference centre as i imagine enabling ventures.
Mind you an up market hotel might not be such a good idea as Bolton have had their hotel handed back to them by its operators despite it being excellent value with execetive rooms on offer at lodge prices.

is that anything to do with Boltons £161 Million debt? anyway, we're getting a posh 'Aparthotel' in the city centre.

I don't believe for one minute there any new plans, or that there is any exploring of sites. The BOD know everyone is concerned with the impending relegation battle and so will shelve it for now. Then in the summer they'll come up with some new proposal to drum up interest in the close season, maybe flog a few season tickets.

i'm not convinced either. i feel they're proposing another KP then eventually there will be an about turn and the proposal will be to regenerate Brunton Park amidst much cheering and partying and the BOD will be carried shoulder high through the streets of Carlisle whilst having rose petals and palm fronds thrown before them, and they will be exalted by the many who had never lost faith in the three magi.
probably.

I.d like to think that B.P. could be the answer but there are rumours coming from a number of directions the new plan involves the council and if it does then there may well be some substance to the viaduct site stories.
