Tweeted ....Despite the various conspiracy theories, officialcufc Media Officer @cufckit confirms there is definitely an investor in talks. So what the need for hounding the board ? They'll be standing down anyhow... They're likely stringing Andy along as well, there is no billionaire. Even if there was such an investor Nixon and Jenkins will not stand down, they said they were trying to base the whole thing on the Lapping plan, so they'd be retaining 45% of the shares. That means the mystery man will be investing £30m over 5 years for the same level of equity they paid £3 between them for. That represents a pretty spectacular return on their investment doesn't it? That might be what the sticking point in the discussions might be as well, can you imagine some billionaire faced by the two clowns asking them to step aside and sell their shares to him? If they see a chance of making another couple of bob out of the deal they'll stick around until they get it. If, and it is a big if, he actually exists he should just give them the money to leave right away, however much it takes. There is absolutely no way he can be worse than them is there?

One problem is, and if my air law is correct, it is illegal to fly at less than 3000' above a stadium. So they wouldnt see what it said anyway. Thats why banners are most often flow out at sea and not over people. At sea they could fly at wave-top height.

How about positioning someone at each pie stall handing out leaflets with pioneer pies rotten to the core.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a bit of searching tonight suggests this only applies to all seater stadiums with higher than 30,000 capacity, and from 1 hour before a game, until 1 hour after a game. This could be outdated by now of course.
