If you're attending the family fun-day at Brunton Park on Sat 12th July, I will be on the CUSG stand, so you can drop it off with me there. Alternatively if you're going to be at any of the friendly matches I can collect it from you there. Failing that, you can drop it off at my work (Rosehill). Whatever is easiest for you.

collection seems to be going well. there were loads on the other board who donated every year but who don't seem to post on here that often. this thread needs to be kept up top so that they'll maybe see it next time they log in?

Mojo, you avoid the fees but your 'family or friend' usually has to pay from my understanding when they receive.

I've paid my Game Week prize via paypal and used the 'friends and family' to avoid the fees only for the player to be charged £10 for it. So we have had to cancel it, and I then pay the £3.50 fee upfront. This might be because the Square Pass account is a business account mind. I've never done it from my personal account. So I'll take your word for it.

Last year at the Forum at No Steele was asked how much the Trust had put into the club that year. After copious umming and ahhing I'm sure pretty much all he came up with was that they'd paid c.£300 to sponsor Miller. A bunch of random folk on a messageboard after a nudge from CUFCDeano will have matched that by the end of this weekend. And I bet between us we'd have had those fooking signs ready by now too

Put me down for a tenner. I'm not suggesting a player as my sponsorship last season cursed both Josh Gilles and Nacho Novo performances!

Will you be at the Penrith game? Perhaps I could give you it there.

Jack, you dont need a paypal account to make a one-off payment. I will be at some, if not all of the friendlies, dependant on work and times etc. Will drop you a message to arrange.

Up to £270 now, so £30 short of being able to sponsor somebody, possibly not first/second choice just yet.

Good effort so far. Deano: will go be a visible presence at the Funday on Saturday? Maybe you'd be able to get a few folk to add to the pot even if its just a couple of quid ?
Also, has anyone been able to link this to the other board? I'm sure there must be someone who can still log in there (I can't anymore) to give people a heads up, I'm sure a few people would be interested

Oh aye Dur! Strike my last suggestion from the record, M'lud doesn't matter does it? tashys resigned and he used to run the sponsorship over there, most people off footymad have registered on here too so if they want to sponsor they probably don't care under which heading it comes.
